It was just like 2010 all over again: Taylor Swift was the first winner of the night at Sunday's 2011 Billboard Music Awards, where she was named 200 Album Artist of the Year – for Speak Now.

More than two hours later, she collected another trophy, as Country Artist of the Year. "I'm just havin' the best time doin' this," she said.

Justin Bieber was a triple winner, as Digital Artist of the Year, Top New Artist and Fan Favorite – great excuses to hug and kiss his seat mate in the audience of Las Vegas's MGM Grand: Selena Gomez.

On stage, sporting a gold lamé tuxedo jacket, the "Baby" singer, 17, thanked his fans, as well as his mother and "my whole family, [talent manager] Scooter Braun, Usher – basically everyone who helped me get out of my hometown and live my dream."

Katy Perry forbids the chauffeurs she hires on tour from speaking to her or staring at her, according to the singer's concert rider.
The California Gurls hitmaker is currently preparing to embark on the U.S. leg of her world tour next month (Jun11), and a list of her dressing room demands has been obtained by TheSmokingGun.com.
The rider reveals Perry asks for a refrigerator with a glass door for her backstage area, which must be "draped in cream or soft pink", two cream-coloured "egg chairs", vases of white and purple hydrangeas as well as pink and white roses and peonies.

Carnations are strictly banned.

The Girls Aloud star - who recently confessed to having fillers in her lips last year - thinks she could be "slimmer" and often has days when she wants to "run away" because her skin does not look how she wants it to.

She said: "I could definitely be slimmer, but I'm working on it with my trainer. I want to crack nuts with my ass!

The actress and Celebrity Big Brother winner was said to be withholding the announcement until she is in her second trimester.

She tweeted today: "Sick and tired of all the congratulatory messages and calls. So, for the last time, 'I am not pregnant'. All this is so annoying... grrrrrrrrr."

Earlier in the week, she told her followers that if she had plans to make any personal announcements she would do it when she felt like it, rather than informing the press first.

Bruno Mars has launched an auction of concert memorabilia intended to raise funds for victims of the recent US tornadoes.

The 'Lazy Song' artist revealed on Facebook that fans could support the American Red Cross relief effort sparked by last month's disasters in the Southern states by bidding for some "very special" items.

The post read: "Bruno is auctioning off some signed & rare items to benefit the victims of the massive tornadoes in Alabama. ALL proceeds of this auction will go to the Alabama Tornado Disaster Relief Fund via The American Red Cross. Anything you can do to help would be most appreciated!"

The bundle of prizes includes a framed poster from Mars's "coming home" show in Hawaii last December, a limited-edition boxset of his debut album Doo Wops & Hooligans and lifetime membership to his fan club.

The auction closes on Thursday evening.

Other stars helping to raise funds for tornado victims include Charlie Sheen, David Spade and Kenny Chesney.

Guarded by a team of security personnel, Lindsay Lohan was spotted arriving at Ft. Lauderdale International Airport in Ft Lauderdale, Florida earlier this morning (May 21).

The "Mean Girls" star sported a trendy look for her weekend travel, wearing a fedora, jean vest, black shorts and a pair of black platform booties as she made the trip to the sunshine state before starting her house arrest sentence next month.

On the career end of things, the troubled actress is drumming up some serious interest in the upcoming "Carrie" remake, as author Stephen King told Entertainment Weekly that he would support the casting of the 24-year-old for the lead role.

First voicing his curiosity as to why the remake is being pursued, King said, "The real question is why, when the original was so good? I mean, not Casablanca, or anything, but a really good horror-suspense film, much better than the book."

As for pondering a lead in Miss Lohan, the award winning author interestedly added, "Although Lindsay Lohan as Carrie White… hmmm. It would certainly be fun to cast."
