I like both, initially perhaps the color version a bit more. If you can touch up the slight red-eye problem. The faded border works better with the b&w though, so all in all I'd finally go with the b&w. Cute girls!

Hi,
I am planning to visit India next month. I will transit thru Dubai in Emirates Airlines from West Coast. My 485 is pending and have valid AP and EAD. I have expired H1B visa stamp in my passport.
Did anyone use AP in this route?. Will I have any issues with Emirates Airlines and during transit in Dubai using Advane Parole?.
Please someone help me.
Thanks
Ram

which visa can someone apply for it s/he intends to work as a caterer?is the J-1 visa applicable for this? if yes what r the eligibility requirements for this visa?
It is unlikely that this would qualify for J-1 status, unless the caterer was coming here as a trainee of some sort. J-1 is for exchange visitors.
All J-1 visitors must have a program sponsor. There are umbrella sponsor organizations, e.g. the American Council on International Personnel (American Council on International Personnel (http://www.acip.com)) and the Association for International Practical Training (Welcome to AIPT.org (http://www.aipt.org/)). You could contact them for specific information.

Thanks Kirupa!
Tommy: Well, Im sorry you didnt like it. But its supposed to be more of an abstract work anyway...
Thanks everyone for the feedback though! :thumb:

Thanks for your reply.
In the scenario #2, do I need to go out of the country and get a valid I94? (cunsular processing) before I can start work?

Mine was sent out on July 2nd. Received AP and EAD. The LUD on 140 and 485 is 9/21/07.
Filed in NSC. No FP yet.
Why do you think that only LC Sub cases are not getting updated? I don't think anyone who filed for I140 in July have received any update

- H1B is good as long as employer-employee relationship is maintained, which in your case should be fine
- You may have issues with 140 approval (Just my opinion, I may be wrong)
- If you are considering H1 transfer, that may have issues as you may not have latest paycheck..
Thanks for the reply. Is I-140 very dependent on company's financial position? What if actually everything goes back on track and I get my pay and stuff?
Can you please elaborate your views about I-140 here?
Thanks again!!

Hi,
I don't have direct personal experience with those particular lenses, however as a general rule suplementary lenses can be designed to give sharper results if they are designed to go in front of a particular lens. (the Nikon suplementary wide angle is probably slightly sharper) If it were me I would try the lenses I already have to see if the results I got from either or both were adequate for my personal purposes before I shelled out more bucks to change them. Even if they are terribly unsharp you may find that the exact look of the unsharpness is apealing in your images.
as far as a UV filter goes it is usualy a very subtle difference in the look of the images, unless you have a habit of destroying the front element of your lenses. If that were the case it could save you the cost of replaceing scratched lenses. Personaly I just make it a habit to keep my fingers off of the front of the glass, and so far in the last 30 or so years I haven't needed to keep a UV or skylight filter on my lenses.
