Maria Daniella Borcatto, Miss Maceio, was crowned Miss World Alagoas 2011 or Miss Mundo Alagoas 2011, in the city of Arapiraca. Miss Arapiraca was the 1 st runner-up, and Miss Sau Miguel dos Campos was the 2nd runner-up. Maria Daniella is 18 years old, 1.71 m- tall, and a student of Economics and Law. She will compete in Miss World Brazil 2011, on August 13, at Hotel Frade, in Angra dos Reis.

Adriana Francesca Lima (born June 12, 1981, Salvador, Bahia) is a Brazilian model, best known as a Victoria's Secret Angel since 2000, and as a spokesmodel for Maybelline cosmetics from 2003 to 2009. At the age of 15, Lima finished first in Ford's "Supermodel of Brazil" competition, and took second place the following year in the Ford "Supermodel of the World" competition before signing with Elite Model Management in New York City. Rafaela Butareli crowned Miss Sao Paulo Universe 2011

Road to Miss Brazil Universe 2011:

Representing the city of Marília, 22-year old model Rafaela Butareli was crowned Miss Sao Paulo Universe 2011 during an event held at the América Latina Memorial in Sao Paulo.

 

The 1.78 m beauty who is a nursing student, was elected one of the 10 semifinalists by votes emmited through sms and internet. The 1st runner-up was Araraquara (Mariana Silvestre)and the 2nd runner-up was Mairipora (Nathalia Bernardes).

 
Butareli will now compete in the Miss Brazil Universe pageant to be held on 23rd July. The winner will be the host contestant during the Miss Universe 2011 finals to be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil in September.
